20 years anniversary for CEMUS! Jubilee panel and discussion with founders Niclas Hällström and Magnus Tuvendal. September 3 at 18.15-20.30 pm in lecture hall X (ten), University Main Building, Biskopsgatan 3.

Introductory lecture in Sustainable Development by writer, consultant and guest researcher Alan AtKisson. September 10 at 18.15-20.30 pm in Hörsal 3, Ekonomikum, Kyrkogårdsgatan 10.

Mandatory course introduction is Sunday September 16, at 10.15-16.00, in Hamberg lecture hall, Geocentrum, Villavägen 16, 752 36 Uppsala (click for map). We will have lunch between 12.00-13.00, so be sure to bring your own lunch.

Course literature for the first part of the course is selected articles online and one book: Worldchanging : user's guide for the 21st century edited by Alex Steffen with Carissa Bluestone; introduction by Bill McKibben. Note it's the second edition from 2011 we'll be using. Literature for the rest of the course will be announced later in September.

August is reaching its final days and the course (and semester) start is almost here. Don't miss the panel discussion on Monday evening, and open house if you want to get to know CEMUS more (see above).

Monday morning I will open the online section for the first two weeks of the course with video lectures, documentaries, interviews, articles and more. Try to order the first book, Worldchanging, as fast as possible, so you can start reading it during the first two weeks. More about the book can be found here: www.worldchanging.com.
