Deadlines and time table

The meetings and material listed below will be explained further by instructions sent out by email and at actual meetings (highlighted in bold font). The meetings and material are fundamental aspects of the work with your course and everyone is expected to participate. Happy course work summer/autumn semester 2012!

APRIL 2012


Email project plan and associated appendixes to Sara and your course resource person no later than Monday April 16th

WEDNESDAY APRIL 18 at 11.30-14.00: Collegial Lunch (bring your own) concerning project plans followed by project- and time planning workshop 14.00-15.00

Email suggested list of work group members/kursarbetsgruppsmedlemmar, KAG, (including examiners) to Daniel no later than April 23rd

MAY 2012


Redo-för-beslut/Decision-ready idea map, course outline/structure for schedule to CEMUS General Assembly. Further instructions will be sent out shortly. The idea map, course outline should be discussed with you course resource person before April 9th.

THURSDAY MAY 10: CEMUS General Assembly 8.15-12.00 (including breakfast) with interactive presentation of idea map and decision upon course outline/ structure for schedule for each course.

WEEK 20 OR 21: Work Group Meeting 1 with final decision upon course outline/ structure for schedule.

AUGUST 2012


Welcome letter, preliminary schedule and other material need to be read by your course resource persons before print/mailing.

Send out a welcome letter week 33 (or beginning of week 34 if addresses are delayed).

Update the course portal with a preliminary schedule no later than week 32 for courses starting August/September (week 31 for HUA and week 39 for courses starting late October).

Redo-för-beslut/Decision-ready literature and examination concept and model to CEMUS General Assembly. Further instructions will be sent out shortly. The concept/ model should be discussed with you course resource person before August 14th.

WEDNESDAY AUGUST 15: CEMUS General Assembly 8.15-12.00 (including breakfast) with interactive presentation AND decision upon literature and examination concept and model for each course.

WEEK 33 OR 34: Work Group Meeting 2 with final decision upon literature and examination concept, model and actual details.

Course information booklet/kursinfohäfte with list of literature and examination shall be ready by week 35 (week 34 for HUA) for courses starting August/September (and week 42 for courses starting late October).

SEPTEMBER 2012


Open hours, registration and intro/sustainability lecture for fall semester courses Monday September 3rd.
