I checked with Joel regarding contacting CeMuse for publishing articles, he said to send an email to editors@cemuse.com (if there's no response then I have personal email addresses for people involved).
With regard to advertising your events, I mentioned earlier that there is an Uppsala Event Calender - or I should say there WAS an Uppsala Event Calender. It looks pretty defunct as it was open for all to upload/advertise events and seems to have been forgotten about. But I did think about What's Up Uppsala - a free magazine where it could be possible to publish your events and articles. Check it out and let me know how it goes.
