I have to say that in some areas I am really good at doing the right thing but when it comes to these two things I even disappoint myself. I never go to the gym and I often leave electronic devices such as my computer or television on when I really shouldnt. So my 30-Day Challenge will be to train alot more than what I do today. I already bike everywhere I am going so I will not count that time and instead try to fit another exercise into my life. I believe that if I become healthier I will have a longer and happier life where I can help the environment more. I will also turn off electronic devices when I am not using them since that has become a really bad habit now when I do not pay an electrical bill where I live. If everything goes well I will try to film short movies of when I do different exercises (I am aware of that this counters my power saving a little bit). If someone feels like they would like to join me in any of these challenges, feel free to reply on this topic! I am sure that we can achieve a better result by encouraging each others to do the right thing!
